Khalaghor Terms & Conditions — A Complete Guide to Using the Platform

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Khalaghor platform and all its services. Khalaghor is an online Sports Betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder illegal funds.
• Account Sharing: Allowing others to access or use your account.
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Hacking: Attempting to attack or bypass the platform's security systems.

If any of the above activities are detected, Khalaghor will immediately suspend the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

Khalaghor members may temporarily or permanently close their account at any time by contacting customer support.

Self-Exclusion Options:

• Short Break: Temporary account suspension for 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Extended Break: Account deactivation for 1 month up to 1 year.
• Permanent Closure: Permanent account closure. Re-registration will not be permitted.

Khalaghor reserves the right to close an account in the following cases:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Providing false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to verify age.

Khalaghor does not accept liability for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet connection failure.
• Service disruptions caused by third-party server issues.
• Unauthorized access to a member's account due to the member's own actions.
• Any financial loss from betting is solely the member's own decision and risk.
